Saraswati Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School, Aliganj, Lucknow

The 36th Regional Sports Competition organized by Vidya Bharati concluded today at Saraswati Vidya Mandir Senior Secondary School, Sector-Q, Aliganj, Lucknow.

The program began with the invocation of Maa Saraswati by the Chief Guest, Regional Sports Officer (RSO) Lucknow, Shri Atul Sinha Ji, along with Presiding Guest, alumnus of the school and local councilor Shri Swadesh Singh Ji.

The students of the school presented a mesmerizing dance performance, "Radha Sang Raas Rache Krishna", which filled the audience with joy.

A total of 317 players participated across four disciplines — Hockey, Basketball, Yoga, and Karate — while 116 teachers and staff members supported the event management.

In his address, the Chief Guest, Shri Atul Sinha, praised the commendable efforts, saying, "It is a matter of pride that such excellent performances were achieved even with limited resources. The values imparted by Vidya Mandir are truly significant."

At the end of the program, Councilor Swadesh Singh formally declared the conclusion of the competition and, in his emotional speech, recalled his school days, his teachers, and his experiences at Saraswati Vidya Mandir with deep nostalgia.

The program report was presented by Shri Jagdish Kumar Singh Ji, while Shri Avarish Kumar Ji, Regional Inspector, blessed the children with his words during the vote of thanks. Throughout the event, Mrs. Kanchan Singh Ji, Member of the Managing Committee, remained present.
